1. Get the Installer

  1. Visit the Koala download portal (the same link appears in your license email and Freshdesk articles).
  2. Choose the installer for your OS:
    • macOS: .dmg
    • Windows: .msi

2. Install

macOS

  1. Double-click the downloaded .dmg.
  2. Drag Koala Data Explorer Studio into your Applications folder.
  3. If macOS flags the app as “from an unidentified developer,” right-click the app, choose Open, and confirm.

Windows

  1. Double-click the downloaded .msi.
  2. Follow the on-screen wizard to complete installation.
  3. Launch Koala Studio from the Start Menu or desktop shortcut.

3. Sign In

  • Launch the app and sign in with your Koala credentials.
